Steven C. Weitz
Steven is an AV-rated attorney focusing his practice on advising lenders, mortgage servicers and investors in consumer finance litigation, title litigation and other real estate-related matters. Steven represents clients in matters related to federal and state consumer protection statutes, such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act. He also represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in title litigation and contract disputes.
Steven is actively involved with the United Way of Broward County. Steven was also a member of the 2017 Broward County March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction Committee.
